LeShae serves as a trainer for the Arizona Charter Schools Association and Center for Student Achievement.  LeShae strives to increase educational equity through coaching and to facilitate professional development to ensure that teachers have the tools they need to help students be successful. Before joining the Association, LeShae was a Teach for America Corps Member, and a Special Education teacher in the West Valley, serving students from kindergarten to eleventh grade. With a B.S in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State, as well as a Masters in Special Education from Arizona State University, LeShae has a passion for student achievement and success. She enjoys reading, writing poetry, and hiking in her spare time.
